Test Specificity Detects rhesus macaque IFN-gamma in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFN-gamma is observed and less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IFN-gamma , recombinant rat IFN-gamma , recombinant porcine IFN-gamma , recombinant canine IFN-gamma , recombinant cotton rat IFN-gamma , and recombinant feline IFN-gamma is observed.
