Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, rat liver tissue, mouse heart tissue, mouse liver tissue. IHC: human thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue, human gall bladder adenosquamous carcinoma tissue, human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue, human lung cancer tissue. ICC/IF: T47D cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Mitochondrial GTPase involved in mitochondrial trafficking. RHOT1 is probably involved in control of anterograde transport of mitochondria and their subcellular distribution.
