Description
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human U20S whole cell, human K562 whole cell. IHC: human colon cancer tissue, human mammary cancer tissue, mouse small intestine tissue, rat small intestine tissue. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of double-strand breaks (DSBs) repair following DNA damage. Recruited to DSB repair sites by recognizing and binding ubiquitin catalyzed by RNF168 and competes with TP53BP1 and BRCA1 for association with RNF168-modified chromatin, thereby acting as a negative regulator of DSBs repair. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity is not required for regulation of DSBs repair.
