RNA Pseudouridine Synthase D3 (RPUSD3) is a gene that encodes a pseudouridine synthase, an enzyme responsible for catalyzing the isomerization of uridine to pseudouridine in RNA molecules. This post-transcriptional modification is crucial for the stability and function of tRNAs and rRNAs.
