Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

The S Tag™ Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2b) directed against the 15 aa S Tag peptide expressed by many pET, pTriEx™, pBiEx™, pBAC™, and pIEx™ vectors. The antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of S Tag-containing recombinant proteins. Purified by protein G affinity chromatography and supplied at 1 mg/ml, the S Tag Monoclonal Antibody can detect as little as 1 ng of S Tag fusion protein and displays negligible cross-reactivity with bacterial, mammalian, and insect cell lysates.
