Description

Inhibitor of STING-TRIM29 interaction; increases cellular STING levels

SB 24011 is an inhibitor of STING-TRIM29 interaction (IC50 = 3.85 μM in vitro). SB 24011 binds to STING and inhibits TRIM29-E3 ligase interaction to increase cellular STING levels. In syngeneic mouse models, SB 24011 dose-dependently reduces CT26 and B16F10 tumor volumes when co-admistered with cGAMP .
