Description

Sheep Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) BSRP-A and rmBSRP-B is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Sez6 may play a role in cell-cell recognition and in neuronal membrane signaling. Seems to be important for the achievement of the necessary balance between dendrite elongation and branching during the elaboration of a complex dendritic arbor. Involved in the development of appropriate excitatory synaptic connectivity.
