Description
PA1-4180 detects SHANK1a in human, rat, and mouse samples. PA1-4180 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunofluoresence procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~212 kDa protein representing SHANK1a in rat brain lysate. The PA1-4180 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal residues S(1951) G P I Y P G L F D I R S S(1964) of rat Shank1a.
