Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human Raji whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, rat C6 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue, human ovarian cancer tissue, human renal clear cell carcinoma tissue, human rectal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: HELA cell. Flow: THP-1 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

The protein encoded by this gene is an SH2-containing 5'-inositol phosphatase that is involved in the regulation of insulin function. The encoded protein also plays a role in the regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor turnover and actin remodeling. Additionally, this gene supports metastatic growth in breast cancer and is a valuable biomarker for breast cancer.
