Description

Sheep Polyclonal Antibody

In Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) SOX1, rhSOX2, rhSOX5, rhSOX6, rhSOX7, rhSOX10, rhSOX12, rhSOX14, rhSOX15, rhSOX17, and rhSOX21 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

SOX15 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors and is involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.
