Description

Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) SPARC-like 1/SPARCL1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSPARC is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

This is a secreted protein. Found in the extracellular matrix. It's highly expressed in lymph node, brain, heart, lung, skeletal muscle, ovary, small intestine, and colon, with lower levels in placenta, pancreas, testis, spleen, and thymus, and no expression in kidney, liver, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
