Squarunkin A hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of UNC119 chaperone protein-cargo interaction (IC50 = 10 nM for inhibition of UNC119A - myristoylated Src N-terminal peptide interaction). Disrupts activation of Src kinase in vitro.
