Description
SG2NA was identified as a human cancer autoantigen and has now been implicated in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. It is highly related to striatin and zinedin. It is a scaffolding protein that binds PP2A A and C subunits as well as the human homolog of the yeast protein, Mob1, which has been implicated in control of mitotic progression in yeast.
