Validate the Thermo Scientific™ CEDIA™ Mitragynine (Kratom) Assay and ensure accuracy of results using the Thermo Scientific CEDIA Mitragynine (Kratom) Calibrators and Controls (CJ&F). The five calibrators (including negative) establish a standard curve that correlates the instrument signals with the calibrators' respective concentrations in ng/mL. This allows for semi-quantitative measurements. Two controls, one above and one below the cutoff (50ng/mL), validate the calibration curve. The cutoff calibrator provides a reference point for qualitative detection of positive or negative results. For Criminal Justice and Forensic use only in the USA.
