Description

The Structure of the Sun 3D Model Making Kit allows you to teach about the exterior and interior structure of our Sun!

  • Your students begin by making their model of the Sun, and then they use it to learn about the structure of the Sun.
  • First they look at the exterior features of the Sun.
    • This includes the Sun's atmosphere (corona, chromosphere), the Sun's surface (photosphere), and active phenomena such as sun spots, solar prominences and solar flares.
