Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum.

Small ubiquitin-related modifier proteins are members of the ubiquitin-like protein family. SUMO-3 regulates Amyloid beta generation and may be critical in the onset or progression of Alzheimer's disease. SUMO-2/3 forms poly-. SUMO-1, 2, and 3 proteins localize to the nuclear membrane, nuclear bodies, and cytoplasm, respectively. SUMOylation is essential for mammalian cell cycle regulation, SUMO-2/3 localizes to centromeres and condensed chromosomes where binds CENP-E.
