Invitrogen™ SUR1 Monoclonal Antibody (N289/16), FITC

Description
1 μg/mL of MA5-45559 was sufficient for detection of SUR1 in 20 μg of mouse brain membrane lysate and assayed by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 160kDa. Does not cross-react with SUR2B. This antibody was formerly sold as clone S289-16.
