A rapid solution to rapidly detect and differentiate yeast and mold, Brettanomyces spp., preservative-resistant yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and acetic acid bacteria in aseptically produced and carbonated product samples. Developed in partnership with a major global beverage manufacturer to meet the industry’s needs.
