The Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan Zika Virus Triplex Control Kit (ZIKV/DENV/CHIKV) includes a single foil pouch that contains human DNA at 1X and pooled complete genome RNA template of the following viruses:

  • Zika virus with Asian lineage
  • Dengue virus from 4 serotypes (DENV1, DENV2, DENV3, and DENV4)
  • Chikungunya virus

 The control kit is used with the following kits:

  • TaqMan Zika Virus Triplex Kit (ZIKV/DENV/CHIKV) (0.2 mL block)
  • TaqMan Zika Virus Triplex Kit (ZIKV/DENV/CHIKV) (0.1 mL block)
