The DO11.10 TCR recognizes a C-terminal ovalbumin peptide (OVA 323-339) in the context of I-Ad major histocompatibility molecules. The use of antibodies against DO11.10 have proven to be instrumental in describing many of the intricate details of T cell immunity, including T cell activation, development, and function.
