Invitrogen™ TCR V delta 1 Monoclonal Antibody (TS8.2), APC, eBioscience™

Description
This TS8.2 monoclonal antibody recognizes human TCR V delta 1, a common framework determinant on the delta-subunit of the T cell receptor. Gamma-delta T cells are primarily found within the epithelium. They show less TCR diversity and recognize antigens differently than alpha-beta T cells. Subsets of gamma-delta T cells have shown antitumor and immunoregulatory activity. TCR V delta 1 Monoclonal Antibody (TS8.2) has been validated for the following applications: Flow Cytometry Applications Reported: This TS8.2 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This TS8.2 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This may be used at 5 μL (0.125 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount ( μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser.
