PA1-4378 detects the TERE1 protein in human samples. PA1-4378 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~37 kDa protein representing TERE1 in urothelial carcinoma. The PA1- 4378 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues P(32) E Q D R L P Q R S W R Q K(45) of human TERE1. There is 85% sequence identity to mouse and rat.
