Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

These Polyclonal antibodies are of rabbit origin developed by immunizing animals with proteins or peptides. The polyclonal antibody is purified by affinity purification from the rabbit sera generated after immunizing the rabbits with a specific type of protein or peptide. Testis-expressed sequence 10 protein (Tex10) functions as a component of the Five Friends of Methylated CHTOP (5FMC) complex. This complex is recruited to ZNF148 by methylated CHTOP leading to desumoylation of ZNF148 and subsequent transactivation of ZNF148 target genes. Tex10 is also involved in chromatin binding, maturation of LSU-rRNA, regulation of DNA-dependent DNA replication initiation, and rRNA processing.
