TGFB4 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Bioss

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss BS5778R

Description
Left-right determination factor 1 and 2 (Lefty1/2) belong to the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins and are responsible for determination of left-right positioning of visceral organs during embryogenesis. Lefty1 acts as a regulator of Lefty2 and NODAL as the lack of the former resulted in bilateral expression of nodal, lefty2 and Pitx2 (a homeobox gene normally expressed on the left side and blocks the signal for leftness). Lefty2 may play a role in endometrial bleeding.Specifications
