Description
MMP17 Recombinant Protein, RP-77535, from Invitrogen.
The catalytic domain of human MT4-MMP is produced by tryptic activation of a recombinant soluble proform purified from E. coli periplasm. The polypeptide contains beside the native sequence of 185 amino acids a C-terminal linked polyhistidine-tag. RP-77535 is purified recombinant MMP-17 (catalytic domain) protein, expressed in E.coli. RP-77535 may be used as a control with corresponding anti-MMP-17 antibodies.
