TIGIT Mouse anti-Human, Clone: 20A9, GenScript™
Description
Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also known as VSTM3, is a type I transmembrane protein, which belongs to the PVR family of immunoglobulin-like domain containing proteins. It is composed of an immunoglobulin variable domain, a transmembrane domain and an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM). TIGIT is expressed on activated T cells, follicular T helper, memory T cells, and regulatory T cells and NK cells. TIGIT binds to CD155 (PVR) with high affinity and it regulates T-cell mediated immunity via the CD226/TIGIT-PVR pathway. TIGIT also serves as a negative regulator of NK and T cell activation.
Human TIGIT Antibody (20A9), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with TIGIT.
