Rat Monoclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse TIM-1, -2, -3, -4, or -6 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Mouse TIM-5 (T cell immunoglobulin mucin-5; also hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1-like) is presumably a member of the TIM family of immune regulatory proteins. Based on other TIM molecules, it will be a type I transmembrane protein with one V-type Ig-like domain and a Ser/Thr-rich mucin region. Mouse TIM-5 has 47% aa identity to mouse TIM-2.
