Tissue clearing reagent kit

Tissue Clearing Pro is a rapid, easy-to-use, reversible and non-destructive clearing and staining kit, which allows effective tissue clearing and staining of whole tissues. This kit can clear a whole mouse brain of up to 8 mm thickness in 24 hours; for sections with a thickness of 1 mm this can be achieved in 2 hours. Tissue Clearing Pro is compatible with fluorescent protein, immunolabeling and small molecule staining techniques, as well as being suitable for use with all standard dyes and buffers. Following 3D imaging, Tissue Clearing Pro can be reversed for follow-up 2D histology staining. The kit comes with a getting started guide and a more comprehensive tissue clearing guidebook, providing detailed protocols. The Tissue Clearing Pro kit contains 30 mL of Tissue Clearing Pro clearing reagent 1 and 2, plus the 5 buffer solutions required to process tissues for immunolabeling, and is enough to process four whole mouse brains (approx. 2 g of tissue).

A wide range of IHC validated antibodies are available from R&D Systems and Novus Biologicals ; optimization of antibody incubation conditions for use with the Tissue Clearing Pro technique is recommended.
