MA5-17190 targets TRAFD1 in indirect ELISA, FACS, ICC, IF, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-17190 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human TRAFD1 (amino acids: 401-582) expressed in E. Coli. MA5-17190 detects TRAFD1 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 64.8kDa.

The innate immune system confers host defense against viral and microbial infection, and TRAFD1 is a negative feedback regulator that controls excessive immune responses.
