The MA1-7382 antibody reacts with Treponema pallidum in bacterial and infected tissue samples. MA1-7382 has been successfully used in ELISA, Western blot and Immunofluorescence applications. The MA1-7382 antibody was raised against a Treponema pallidum preparation.

This antibody reacts with ultrasonicated lysates of T. pallidum and T. reiter.
