Description

TrueMark PGx Comprehensive Plasmid Controls contains three linearized multi-target plasmid pools with human genome target sequences commonly used for pharmacogenomic research testing.

TrueMark PGx Comprehensive Plasmid Controls contains three linearized multi-target plasmid pool controls with human genome target sequences commonly used for pharmacogenomics research testing.

These controls were designed for use with TaqMan real-time qPCR assays to verify the presence of homozygous and heterozygous genotyping, copy number variation (CNV), and CNV reference assays (TERT and RNase P). This control kit provides coverage of essential, commonly studied markers within CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP2C9, DPYD, and other important DME and CNV research genes.

The three controls are supplied at a concentration of ~1 x 105 copies/μL in 5 tubes of 50 μL each. They are quantified using digital PCR for accuracy and can be used as stand-alone samples to assess assay performance or to assist with assay troubleshooting. They may also serve as a CNV positive run control/calibrator.
