  • Packed with spherical, polymer beads (1300 Å)
  • Surface modified with strong sulfopropyl cation exchange groups
  • Large pores allow large biomolecules to freely enter and exit the pores
  • Offers higher binding capacity and better recovery of activity than other competivie materials
  • Standard column dimensions are 4.6 mm ID x 5 cm
  • A 10 mm ID x 10 cm semi-preparative column is available for scale-up
  • Columns are made of PEEK to reduce protein adsorption
