Description

Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems. Withstands rigorous cleaning with either acid or base, 125 Å pores allow for analysis of peptides up to 8,000 Da.

  • Columns packed with larger particle sizes are available for semi-preparative scale separations
  • Polymer-based particles for reversed-phase (RP) HPLC are more pH tolerant, and prevent silanol interactions that are common with silica-based particles
  • Some silicas have an intrinsic metal content that may cause chelation problems with sensitive biomolecules, leading to poor recovery
  • Polymeric TSKgel Columns come in C18 and phenyl functional groups, as well as a range of particle porosities
  • Fast kinetics and quantitative protein recovery at submicrogram loading are characteristic of nonporous, resin-based TSKgel Octadecyl-NPR Columns
