This general purpose reversed phase column is the workhorse for analysis of small molecular weight compounds in life science applications.

The bonded phase of TSKgel™ ODS-100Z columns is prepared by reacting the silica surface with a difunctional octadecylsilane reagent, followed by repeated endcapping with a monofunctional trimethylsilane reagent. The resulting TSKgel™ ODS-100Z columns contain a high density monomeric C18 bonded phase for Maximum retention and selectivity of small molecular weight compounds and minimal secondary interaction with residual silanol groups.
