TSKgel™ ODS-120T columns contain 150 Å pore size silica particles. The exclusion limit of 10,000 Da makes TSKgel™ ODS-120T columns a good choice for the reversed phase chromatography of peptides, small proteins, and small molecular weight compounds in organic and environmental samples.

The columns are endcapped with trimethyl silane groups to improve the peak shape of positively charged analytes.
