Description

TSKgel™ Sugar AXI columns are packed with 8 μm porous spherical PS/DVB particles which are modified with a strong anion exchanger. They are used for the isocratic separation and analysis of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and sugar alcohols.

For gradient separation of carbohydrates where higher back pressures may be generated, please see the TSKgel™ Sugar AXG column, PN 808640, which is packed with 10 μm particles.
