TSKgel™ VMpak-25 Columns are specialty columns for the analysis of basic drugs that are often difficult to retain with good peak shape on alkyl-bonded reversed phase columns.

  • The packing material in TSKgel VMpak-25 Columns is a hydrophilic vinyl polymer gel (7 μm), similar to that in TSKgel Alpha-2500 size-exclusion columns
  • Column dimensions are more appropriate for non-SEC applications
  • Depending on the mobile phase composition, compounds will be retained by a combination of reverse phase and cation exchange on residual carboxylic acid groups
  • Salt Concentration: ≤ 0.5 M
