Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

1 μg/mL of MA5-45305 was sufficient for detection of EndoPDI in 20 μg of heat shocked HeLa cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti -mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 48kDa.

This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and its role may be to protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
