Invitrogen™ UBE1L Monoclonal Antibody (5B10)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA515685
Description
MA5-15685 targets UBE1L in indirect ELISA, WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15685 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human UBE1L expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15685 detects UBE1L which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 112kDa.
UBE1L (ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 7) activates ubiquitin by first adenylating with ATP at its C-terminal glycine residue and then linking that residue to the side chain of a cysteine residue in E1. This activation results in an ubiquitin-E1 thioester and free AMP. UBE1L also catalyzes the ISGylation of influenza A virus NS1 protein.
