Description

Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Wnt-3A is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmWnt-5A is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Probable developmental protein. May be a signaling molecule which affects the development of discrete regions of tissues. Is likely to signal over only few cell diameters.
