Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human placenta tissue, human T-47D whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human U-87MG whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human Caco-2 whole cell, rat testicular tissue, rat brain tissue, rat liver tissue, mouse testicular tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse liver tissue, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: human mammary cancer tissue, human ovarian cancer tissue, rat testis tissue, mouse testis tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: U20S cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
