Test Specificity Detects zebrafish VEGF in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat VEGF 164 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant canine VEGF, recombinant human VEGF 165 and recombinant mouse VEGF 164 is observed.
