Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Positive Control: Rat esophagus tissue, human colon tissue, human breast carcinoma tissue, human stomach carcinoma tissue. Subcellular Location: Nucleus, Cytoplasm. Western Blot: 1:500 for endogenous lysates (predicted); 1:5,000 for recombinant protein.

Transcriptional repressor. It inhibits the enhancer element of the AFP gene by binding to its AT-rich core sequence.
