This antibody is specific to constitutive (HSP73) and inducible (HSP72) form of HSP70. HSP70 is found to be associated with steroid receptors, actin, p53, polyoma T antigen, nucleotides and other known proteins. HSP70 has been shown to be involved in protective roles against thermal stress, cytotoxic drugs and other damaging conditions.

Perkin Elmer US LLC Humidity Generator Sensor Assembly - Calibrated
The Humidity Generator regulates the relative humidity of clean, ambient air for routine humidity experimentation. The accessory flows ambient air through an integrated desiccant reservoir to clean the air. Next, it diverts a portion of this air through an 80 mL heated water reservoir and then through a heated connection tube to the DMA analyzer. This generator is compatible with the DMA 8000 analyzer.

DAPI or 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, is a fluorescent stain that binds strongly to adenine–thymine-rich regions in DNA. It is used extensively in fluorescence microscopy. Diagnostic Biosystems 40X Immuno Wash Buffer
40X Immuno Wash Buffer washes and removes excess reagents during immunostaining. It works well for manual and automated immunohistochemistry applications as well as other laboratory procedures requiring a high quality TBS buffer with superior pH stability. The TBS contains surfactant and allows for reagents to spread more uniformly across tissue section on slides.\n\nOptimal immunostaining not only depends on the specificity of the primary antibody and other immunoreagents but also depends on obtaining a good signal to noise ratio. Binding of an antibody to its epitopes involves van der Waals forces, electrostatic forces and hydrophobic forces. Certain antibodies have tendency to bind loosely and nonspecifically to unrelated epitopes, which can create undesired background staining.
