The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. Grainger Threading Tool 5/16 Carbide
The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a high-speed steel threading tool with a 5/16" shank diameter and 60 degree included angle. It has a 0.040" minimum minor diameter and can cut up to 8 threads per inch. This single-point threading tool allows both external and internal threading operations. It features TiN coating for increased tool life and lubricity. The overall length is 3-1/2". This threading tool is made in the USA by Micro 100 and can machine a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and more. It's a versatile threading tool well-suited for lathes, screw machines, and CNC machines.
