This Super-T™ grade ( Premium ), PEEK tubing is extruded from virgin PEEK ( Victrex ) material without adding any additives. The tubing is a natural PEEK which eliminates leachables due to color. The internal and outer dimensional tolerances of this tubing is +/- 0.025mm. Color Code: Natural, ( No Stripe ) for 0.0025" ( 0.064mm ) ID. Pressure rating: 6300 psi.

PEEK Tubing, Striped Color Coded PEEK Tubing (Green) - 1/16" OD x .030" ID x 100FT, 3800 PSI, 262 BAR. PEEK tubing has the strength required to withstand continuous use at HPLC pressure without swelling or bursting, and is not affected by halide salts, high strength buffers, or other aggressive mobile phases that corrode stainless steel. The polymer surface will not leach metal ions into the eluent or extract metal-sensitive components from the sample. Note however that dichloromethane, THF, and DMSO may cause swelling in PEEK, and concentrated nitric and sulphuric acid will attack PEEK.

This MicroSolv PFA ( PerFlourAlkoxy ) low pressure tubing is very similar to Teflon but is less permeable, more transparent and performs better in high temperature and pressure. Higher temperature than FEP are possible. This tubing is used in all low-pressure, laboratory applications including before and after an HPLC Pump such as with Mobile Phase Delivery and Solvent Waste Systems. Also known as Teflon FEP.Do not use this tubing with heat over 260⁰C. Select PTFE cones when chemical resistance is important. The OD of the tubing should be matched to the inside diameter of the cone.
