Combining a versatile selection of packed beds and the use of a convenient quick-connect holder, Opti-Lynx provides numerous options for chromatographers for on-line or off-line sample clean-up and pre-concentration. Two styles of holders are available: The Opti-Lynx™ Micro system offers full biocompatibility in the in-line version while the direct-connect configuration threads conveniently into all 10-32 ports. Bed volumes range from 4uL to 40uL along with a wide range of standard and custom packings. Opti-Lynx traps are the ideal tool for optimizing your technique, whether you want to separate a peptide digest from its matrix for further analyses, or prepare a dilute small molecule sample for LC injection without loss of sample. These columns may be loaded and regenerated repeatedly for maximum value. Available in packages of 5 cartridges.
Optimize Technologies OPTI- TRAP™ Micro Trap Cartridge, Small Molecule, 5µL, 1mm, 6pk
The OPTI-TRAP™is a bi-directional trap cartridge system which is used individually or in a series for sample concentration and purification. The OPTI-TRAP™ system features a durable biocompatible trap holder assembly made of either PEEK (capillary configuration) or stainless steel with a PEEK flow path (micro and macro configurations). OPTI-TRAPs feature low back pressure and are loaded and eluted manually with a syringe or on-line when plumbed into the sample injection valve. Additionally OPTI-TRAPs include titanium frits for full biocompatibility and custom packing is also available upon request. The cartridges are available in three different sizes: 50uL, 5.0uL & 0.5uL and can be purchased as singles or in 6 packs.

Optimize Technologies EXP2 Replacement Stems, 1.5µL, 2.7µm HALO, C8, 3pk
Specialized features, patented technology, precision engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing make the new EXP2 Stem Trap an unbeatable choice for ultra high-pressure trapping applications. Its slim architecture allows it to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments or to connect directly to tightly-spaced injection ports. When tightened by hand, the EXP2 Stem Trap seals to 8,700+ psi. Additionally, the product can be wrench tightened to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). The unique packed floating stem installs directly into any 10-32 port and automatically adjusts to provide a perfect ZDV connection. The new EXP2 design incorporates an integral ferrule into the front-end of the holder so there is no separate ferrule to lose! The replacement stems are also low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. Optimize Technologies EXP™2 6-32 TI-LOK Fitting for all 1/32" OD Tubing, 10pk (10 EXP™2 TI-LOK fittings & 1 EXP™2 Driver)
The EXP™2 TI-LOK Fittings offer capillary HPLC and UHPLC connections rated to 20,000+ psi in any port and easily fit into tight spaces such as injection valves, column couplers, sample loops and column ovens. The Hand-Tight fittings allow users the versatility to change out capillary tube ID, length or end fittings to create any tube set configuration. Available with 10-32 threads for 1/16" ports and 6-32 and 6-40 threads for 1/32” ports. EXP™2 TI-LOK Fittings feature built-in PEEK ferrules and threaded nuts precision machined from titanium. The ferrule does not permanently swage to the tubing, allowing for many repeat connections and the ability to adjust the tubing to different port depths. EXP™2 TI-LOK Fittings are compatible with PEEK, PEEKsil, Hastelloy C and stainless steel tubing. When used with the PEEKsil the fittings create a zero-dead-volume (ZDV) connection without fracturing the fused silica.

The EXP™2 Pre-Column and In-Line Hand-Tight Filters are ideal for protecting small-particle UHPLC columns and systems at extreme pressures. Such techniques analyze samples in the most demanding applications, decreasing the life of expensive hardware. EXP™2 Filters help extend the life of a UHPLC system and protect your investment without sacrificing performance. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. EXP™2 Pre-Column Filter holders are available with Titanium Hybrid Ferrules for easy direct connection to any 10-32 port.
