Ergonomically designed EZ columns are easy to use yet provide excellent results. Columns are ideal for low- to medium-pressure applications and are resistant to many solvents used in liquid chromatography. Modular design gives you the flexibility to mix and match column sizes with different endpiece types to meet your specific requirements. Columns come with two adjustable endpieces pre-assembled with 25 m PE frits. Each adjustable endpiece gives you the flexibility to modify the bed length up to 80 mm in height plus the ability to make fine adjustments while causing minimal disturbance to the packed bed. Columns are supplied assembled and ready to use, with all the tubing, fittings, and connections needed to get started.

FPLC column is a single use product suitable for FPLC and ÄKTA design™ chromatography systems. It is recommended to work with approximately 30ml of packed bead bed volume. The package contains 2 columns, 6 frits (polyethylene frit with a nominal pore size of 12 µm) and 4 caps. The FPLC column parts are made of polypropylene which shows excellent chemical resistance to most of the commonly used reagents

These columns are designed for use with Gravity or FPLC/LPLC/MPLC (up to 200 PSI) in sizes that range from 10mL-650mL (4g – 300g). Both top & bottom connections are standard Luer fittings. Thomson also offers a 1.2L resin reservoir that simplifies column loading. The 1.2L reservoir screws directly to the top of 25g, 40g and 80g SINGLE StEP Empty Columns for easy loading of buffers, solvents and samples to minimize contamination and sample loss.
