Biotage Sfär Silica High Capacity Duo 20 μm is the choice when you need to run the best possible separation with the smallest column and greenest amount of solvent. You also have the flexibility to load your sample in six different ways.This 200g high capacity column has the separation capacity of a 400g standard capacity column.Sfär means “Sphere” in the Swedish mother tongue of Biotage, and is the name for our columns as they contain spherical silica with higher surface area compared to irregular silica. Which means you use a smaller column with tight elution bands and pure fractions.Sfär columns are quality tested for separation efficiency and peak symmetry.
