Biotage Sfär Silica High Capacity Duo 20 μm is the choice when you need to run the best possible separation with the smallest column and greenest amount of solvent. Biotage Sfär Bio flash columns were developed with a small particle size (20 μm) and large pore size (300 Å) to provide increased resolution and the effective separation of complex peptide mixtures. Depending on the quality of the peptides synthesized, flash chromatography can be used either as the sole method of purification or as a front end clean-up prior to RP-HPLC.These 10g Biotage Sfär Bio flash C18 columns come in a pack of 2 columns.
