Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 . Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 m particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. The XBridge BEH C8 sorbent is less retentive compared to the XBridge BEH C18 sorbent. It is suitable for methods where speed is preferred, while also improving peak shape and chromatographic performance. Delta-Pak packings, ideal for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products, are based on a highly stable, bonded, endcapped 5µm or 15µm spherical silica. Delta-Pak is available in two different pore sizes (100Å and 300Å) with either C4 or C18 bonded phase. Delta-Pak packings are available in different cartridge and column configurations, providing consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities for milligram-to-gram scale purification. HALO BIOCLASS ES-C18 Peptide columns made with innovative Fused-Core particle technology are ideal for both ultrafast and ultrahigh resolution separations of peptides and polypeptides up to 20 kDa. HALO peptide columns offer comparable peak capacity to sub-2 μm non-core columns at 40–50% back pressure (2.7 μm), and 20% higher peak capacity than sub-2 μm non-core columns at comparable back pressure (2 μm). Evosphere UHPLC and HPLC columns are 100 A Monodispersed Fully Porous Silica-based columns designed to combine the benefits of Fully Porous and Core-Shell particle technology into an improved particle design and morphology that brings cutting-edge loading capacity to ultra-high-resolution particle columns. Fortis HPLC and UHPLC columns are packed with 100 A high-surface area silica-based columns designed with optimized bonding chemistries for uniform ligand coverage. This proprietary process improves method development and improves LCMS sensitivity by eluting compounds in higher organic mobile phases, as well as when scaling to preparative separation elutions in higher organic leads to quicker dry-down times. C18, C8, Diphenyl, H2o, Cyano and Amino bonded phases are all available on 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes. HILIC and DIOL phases are also available in the Fortis HILIC range.
